I had a wonderful stay for one night. The staff were welcoming, as I could only expect. I thoroughly enjoyed the impressive room with a refrigerator, microwave, and TV. The location was great and perfect, not too far from a waterside park. It had a nice restaurant for lunch. Everything was simply great.

Great location, a short walk to restaurants, a market for food, and the airport. Facilities are clean, and there's a shuttle to the airport. Convenient parking in front of the property.

This hotel in Liverpool is a fantastic place to stay if you want to explore the city. The cleanliness of the hotel is noteworthy and the front staff is amazing. Additionally, the inclusion of free Wi-Fi is a great convenience. It was especially convenient to have an onsite restaurant, The Salt House, eliminating the need to search for other dining options.

I like the location and the representative that checked me in she was awesome.

Just one staff member working the front desk on the morning of October 11th, was rude to my husband because he had a thick French accent. He asked a question about breakfast and the front desk agent ignored him. He waited in line for 5 minutes or more to be ignored. The other young lady working the front desk had a client, but assisted him once she was done. The rude agent wasn't assisting anyone but made him wait.

The staff was great, the bed comfortable and the room was clean

the room definitely was not worth $200.00 a night I would expect a lot more like a Marriott. It needs to be redone the lobby the halls in general it has an old beat feeling no atmosphere i used to live in Syracuse and it was quite the place at one time for weddings,new years etc

The best aspects of our stay were the cleanliness of the hotel and the helpfulness of the staff. The hotel was well-maintained and our room was spotless. We were impressed by the facilities, especially the large pool that wasn't overcrowded. The staff, especially Evelyn, went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. She was incredibly kind, caring, and multitasking like a pro. We felt well taken care of and would definitely stay here again.
